How to cook delicious liver so that it is not bitter: a simple recipe
Liver is an ideal product for preparing delicious, hearty and light dishes for lunch and dinner. To make the liver soft, it should be stewed with water or sour cream. You can also add apples, which will also make it soft and absorb bitterness.

Ingredients:
- chicken liver - 500 g
- carrot - 1 pc.
- onion - 1 pc.
- sour cream 20% - 300-400 g
- vegetable oil - 50-70 g
- flour - 1-2 tbsp
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Cut onion into small pieces and grate carrots and fry in some oil until tender. Transfer to a bowl.
2. Cut liver into small pieces, roll in flour and fry on both sides until golden brown. Then add the onions and carrots and mix well.
3. Add sour cream, stir, season with salt and pepper and simmer for about 5 minutes. Add herbs if desired.
Serve the liver with any side dish.
