Ingredients:
- beef (shoulder) - 700 g
- onion - 2 pcs.
- carrot - 1 pc.
- garlic - 1 head
- rice (long-grain, steamed) - 390 g
- seasonings for pilaf - 12 g
- salt - 2 tsp
- water - 650 ml
- vegetable oil - 45 ml (5-6 tbsp)
Method of preparation:
1️. Cut onions into large cubes and carrots into large strips. Add vegetable oil to the multicooker bowl, then chop the meat, onions and carrots into large pieces, and fry for 7-10 minutes. To make the meat tender, you need to pour hot water and simmer it for an hour.

2. Add spices, salt, mix everything and add the well-washed rice (put it on top without stirring).

3. Place the garlic clove on top in the middle, close the lid, turn on the porridge or rice/wheat mode and cook for 40 minutes.
