How to cook chicken cutlets properly to make them juicy: what to add to the minced meat
Chicken cutlets are a great dish for lunch and even dinner. To make them juicy, chefs recommend adding fried onions or raw carrots, zucchini, and processed cheese to the minced meat.
Cook Yulia shared a recipe for delicious chicken cutlets with boiled eggs and melted cheese on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet – 800 g
- boiled eggs – 4 pcs.
- processed cheese – 2 pcs.
- cream (18-33%) – 100 ml
- spices: salt, pepper, curry – to taste
- flour
- oil
Method of preparation:
1. Twist the fillet in a meat grinder, you can use ready-made minced chicken. Add cream and spices and mix. Add grated boiled eggs and slightly frozen processed cheese, mix until smooth and leave to stand in the refrigerator for a while.
2. With wet hands, or better with gloves, form oblong patties, roll well in flour, place on a board and refrigerate.
3. Fry in vegetable oil in a preheated frying pan over low heat for 5 minutes, turn to the other side, cover and fry for another 5 minutes.
