Recipe for cottage cheese casserole

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese – 350 g
Homemade cheese
  • semolina – 50 g
  • butter – 10 g
Butter and eggs
  • milk – 100 ml
  • raisins – 50 g
Raisins for the dough
  • sugar – 50 g
  • lemon zest – 1/2 tsp.
Citrus peel
  • vanilla sugar – a pinch

Method of preparation:

1. Pour the semolina with milk and leave for 10 minutes to swell well.
