To make the pan-fried chicken really juicy and soft, add a special ingredient. We're talking about regular light beer. It will not only make the texture perfect but also add a very spicy rich flavor.

The idea of cooking juicy chicken in beer was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Alina Kondratiuk (alinka_cookinggg). You can choose any garnish.

Ingredients:

  • chicken thigh - 500 grams
  • onion - 2 pieces
  • beer - 250 ml
  • salt and spices - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Wash and dry chicken thighs.

2. Put on a preheated frying pan with oil, skin side down.

3. Fry until golden brown.

4. Cut onion into medium-sized feathers.

5. Cut carrots into strips.

6. Add the onion to the fried meat and sauté for 3 minutes.

7. Add the carrots and cook for another 5 minutes.

8. Add salt, black pepper, and granulated garlic.

9. Pour 250 ml of light beer.

10. Cover and simmer over medium heat for 40 minutes.

11. After beer evaporates, the dish is ready.
