Ingredients

  • Berries - 300 g
  • Flax or chia seeds - 5 tbsp
  • Dates - 5-7 pieces

Method of preparation

1.Soak the seeds and leave for 15 minutes.

2. Put all the ingredients in a blender bowl and blend until smooth.

3. Let stand for 15 minutes at room temperature to stabilize.

4. Serve with pancakes or waffles.

5. You can use any berries that you like. They can be both frozen and fresh.
