Ingredients:
Sauce:
- 0.5-1 clove garlic
- 1 ripe avocado
- salt, pepper, lemon juice, olive oil
- juice from canned peas
For the salad:
- Chinese cabbage
- canned peas
- fresh cucumber
Method of preparation:
1. Sauce: simply beat all the ingredients with an immersion blender until smooth.
2. Finely chop the cabbage, add the peas, chopped cucumbers and add the sauce, mix well.
