Sauce:

  • 0.5-1 clove garlic
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • salt, pepper, lemon juice, olive oil
  • juice from canned peas

For the salad:

  • Chinese cabbage
  • canned peas
  • fresh cucumber

Method of preparation:

1. Sauce: simply beat all the ingredients with an immersion blender until smooth.

2. Finely chop the cabbage, add the peas, chopped cucumbers and add the sauce, mix well.
