If you love homemade pastries and prefer some not-too-high-calorie and sweet desserts, this cake will become your favorite. It is made with two main ingredients: oatmeal and bananas. For a chocolate version, you can add cocoa, and for an original flavor, you can add various dried fruits. At the same time, you don't need to use flour, sugar, or even butter.

Ingredients:

  • oatmeal – 120 g
  • hot milk – 250 g
  • bananas – 2 pcs.
  • eggs – 2 pcs.
  • cocoa – 30 g
  • salt – a pinch
  • raisins or dates – 70-100 g (optional)
  • baking powder – 1 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Pour hot milk over the cereal and leave for 10 minutes.

2. Mash the bananas with a fork. Sift in the cocoa and add the eggs, salt and baking powder. Mix until smooth.

3. Add oatmeal and mix well.

4. Grease the mold with butter and lightly sprinkle with semolina or flour. Pour in the batter. Bake the cake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

5. In the meantime, you can prepare the icing for the cake. To do this, melt the milk and chocolate. You can do this on the stove or in the microwave.

6. Put the resulting glaze on the cake.
