Coffee is one of the most delicious, easy-to-make drinks that is most often drunk in the morning. It can be prepared in different ways: with spices, salt, pepper, sugar, milk, cream, cognac, and cocoa.

Nutritionist Svitlana Fus shared on Instagram why cocoa should be added to coffee and how it affects the taste and benefits of the drink.

"Coffee combined with cocoa is one of the most delicious and interesting cocktails that you can easily make at home or taste in almost any cafe. In addition, researchers have proven the clear benefits of this drink for the body," said Fus.

"Cocoa powder is rich in polyphenols and natural antioxidants that reduce inflammation, protect cells from damage, and this drink reduces the risk of developing gallstones, prevents cholesterol from precipitating, and has a choleretic effect.
