What to marinate duck in to make it soft and flavorful: a simple life hack
Despite the fact that duck is very popular during the New Year and Christmas holidays, not everyone can cook such a dish. The meat itself is quite tough, so it is worth using the right marinade to add juiciness and reveal the flavor to the fullest.

Ingredients for the marinade:
- orange juice – 150 ml
- soy sauce – 100 ml
- zest of 1 orange
- garlic – 3 cloves
- honey – 2 tsp
- apples
Method of preparation:
1. Make the marinade, pour it over the duck, and leave it overnight.
2. During this time, turn the duck 2-3 times.
3. Then rub with salt and pepper.
4. Stuff with apples.
5. Put in a baking bag.
6. Arrange apples around the carcass.
7. Bake for 10 minutes at 230 degrees.
8. Then reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and bake for another hour and a half to two hours.
