What to cook with potatoes and fillet for lunch and dinner: a recipe for a hearty dish for the whole family
If you want to prepare a hearty meal for lunch or dinner very quickly, choose potatoes, fillets, vegetables, and cheese. This list of foods can be used to make cream soup, baked potatoes with meat, and appetizers.

Ingredients:
- Potatoes - 1 kg
- Chicken fillet - 2 pcs.
- Onion - 1-2 pcs.
- Tomato - 2 pcs.
- Sour cream - 4 tbsp. l
- Brynza - 1/4 of a pack.
- Suluguni
- Paprika
- Dry garlic
- Salt and pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices, season with salt and pepper and pour in a little oil, mix well. Put on a parchment and bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes at 180 C.
2. Slice the fillets and brush with spices on both sides. Cut the onion into half rings and fry.
3. For the sauce: mix sour cream with brynza and mix until smooth.
4. Put the meat, onion, tomato on the potatoes, brush with the sauce and bake in the oven for another 30 minutes. Then sprinkle with grated suluguni and bake for another 5 minutes!
It is better to eat hot!
