Chicken cutlets are a very simple, healthy, and quick dish to prepare. To make them juicy, add fresh vegetables such as onions and carrots. To make the dish juicier, chefs recommend adding grated cheese to the minced meat.

Ingredients:
- 600 g of minced chicken fillet
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 20 g of soft butter
- 60 g of hard cheese
- 2 tbsp. of breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the garlic, onion, and carrot in a blender or grate them. Put the vegetables into the minced meat and add the rest of the ingredients. Grate the cheese. Mix everything well until smooth.
2. Add oil to a frying pan and heat well. With wet hands, form small patties and fry over low heat until golden brown on both sides.
