Method of preparation:
1. Boil brussels sprouts in salted water for 10 minutes.
2. Boil broccoli for just 1.5 minutes. It should remain green and crispy.
3. Cut avocado into slices.
4. Boil millet or couscous.
5. Drizzle the salad with olive oil, salt and pepper.
