The easiest and most budget-friendly appetizer for a festive table is stuffed eggs. They can be prepared with various fillings, such as cheese, herbs, fish, and crab sticks.
The FoodOboz editorial team shares a recipe for a delicious appetizer for the holiday table: stuffed eggs with sprats.
Ingredients:
- eggs - 5-6 pcs.
- sprats - 1 can
- mayonnaise - 1 tbsp. l.
- grain mustard -1 tsp.
- green onions
- salt and pepper
- dried garlic - 1/4 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the eggs, cut them in half and remove the yolk.
2. Mix the yolks with a fork together with the sprats, add mustard, chopped green onions, salt, pepper, dried garlic and mayonnaise, and mix.
3. Stuff the eggs with the filling and top with the sprats.
