Stuffed champignons in the oven in 15 minutes: what filling to cook
Stuffed champignons are a budget-friendly, non-trivial, and tasty appetizer that can be prepared for a festive or everyday meal. You can stuff them with cheese, minced meat, meat, chicken, and even vegetables. And serve them with mashed potatoes or cereals.

Ingredients:
- large champignons
- minced chicken
- hard cheese
- onion
- mushroom or chicken seasoning
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Clean the mushrooms and break off their legs. Put the mushroom caps into a baking dish covered with parchment.
2. Cut the mushroom stems and onion into cubes.
3. Fry the onions until transparent, then add the stems and fry for another 5-10 minutes.
4. Next, add the minced meat and spices. Fry until tender.
5. Put the finished filling into the mushroom caps.
6. Put grated cheese on the top. Bake at 190 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
