Snack puff pastry pie with spinach and cheese for dinner: tastier than jellied

Ingredients:
- 500 g of puff pastry yeast dough
- 160 g of cottage cheese
- 75 g of fresh spinach
- 2 eggs
- salt, herbs of Provence
- yolk
- sesame seeds
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the cheese, add the chopped spinach, eggs, salt, Provencal herbs, and mix well.
2. Put the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface and roll it out a little.
3. Put the filling on one half, back 1 cm from the edge, and cover with the other half, pinching the edges tightly.
4. Put the cake on a parchment-lined baking sheet, make cuts on top, brush with egg yolk, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
5. Bake in a preheated 180-degree oven for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
