Easier than pizza and pie: puffs with ham and cheese from puff pastry
Puffs are best made from ready-made puff pastry, and you can use apples, cheese, pears, berries, nuts, custard, as well as any minced meat, ham, cheese, mushrooms, vegetables, spinach, fish for the filling.

Ingredients:
- puff pastry
- ham
- cheese
- egg
- sesame seeds
Method of preparation:
1. Roll out the thawed dough a little with a rolling pin. Cut into medium rectangles to close it on different sides. Make cuts in one half of the piece, and on the opposite side of the cuts, put the diced ham and grated cheese.
2. Pinch all the edges with a fork.
3. Brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake the puffs on parchment paper at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
