Potato rolls with mushrooms for lunch: 30 minutes to prepare
If you want to make a delicious and unusual potato dish, but you've run out of zrazy and casseroles, try making delicious potato rolls. You can use meat, mushrooms, or cabbage for the filling.
Cook Yekaterina Kudlyak shared a recipe on Instagram for very satisfying potato rolls with mushrooms that take only 30-40 minutes to cook.
The dough:
- raw potatoes - 400 g
- flour - 300 g
- oil - 70 g
Filling:
- fried champignons with onions - 250 g
Sauce:
- tomato paste - 2 tbsp. l
- salt - 1 tsp.
- sugar - 1 tsp.
- water - 200 ml
- dill
Method of preparation:
1. Dough: boil the potatoes until tender in salted water, drain and mash.
2. Cool to a warm state, add butter, add flour in parts and knead soft dough.
3. Put the dough on the cling film, flatten it into a rectangle, put the filling and roll it up.
4. Cut into pieces and place vertically on a baking sheet.
5. Sauce: combine tomato paste, water, salt, sugar, dill, stir until smooth, pour over the rolls.
6. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
