Pizza in a skillet with cheese and vegetables for breakfast in 10 minutes
Breakfast is the main meal, which should be very satisfying so that the body gets a boost of energy for several hours. That's why experts recommend eating cottage cheese, cereal with berries, omelets, hot sandwiches, yogurt, and casseroles.
Food blogger Anastasia Solopiy shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious breakfast pizza with cheese, vegetables, and eggs, based on pita bread.
Ingredients:
- round pita bread - 1 pc.
- eggs - 1 pc.
- sauce (ketchup, fat cream) - 1-2 tbsp.
- mozzarella/hard cheese - 50 g
- tomato - 1 pc.
- sweet pepper - 1/4 pc.
- olive oil - 1 tbsp
- zucchini - 50 g
- salt, pepper - to taste
- herbs - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Put the pita on a paper-lined frying pan.
2. Sauce: mix ketchup and heavy cream, mix well and grease the pita.
3. Cut the tomatoes and place them on the edges of the pita.
4. Grate the cheese and sprinkle with pita, leave the middle empty, and crack an egg in.
5. Slice the zucchini and pepper into thin slices, drizzle with oil and place on top.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with your favorite herbs and put the pizza in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 200°C.
