Marinade for mackerel

Ingredients:

  • frozen mackerel - 1 kg
  • onion - 1-2 pcs.
  • liter jar

Marinade:

  • water - 0.5 l
  • cinnamon - 1/3 tsp.

  • cloves - 3 pcs.
  • oil - 2 tbsp. l.
Olive oil
  • coriander - 1/2 tsp.
  • allspice - 3 pcs.
  • bay leaf - 2-3 pcs.

  • salt - 2 tbsp. l.
  • sugar - 1.5 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Defrost the fish, gut it and cut it into small pieces.

2. Cut the onion into rings.

3. Put the onion and mackerel in a jar.

4. Marinade: mix water, sugar, salt, and all the spices in a saucepan, put on the stove, bring to a boil, and cook for another 10 minutes.
