More delicious than pilaf: Chinese rice with soy sauce and seafood
Rice can be used to make not only pilaf and risotto, but also hearty salads, sushi, puddings, and milk cereals. It is noteworthy that rice goes well with seafood, meat, and vegetables.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious rice with seafood, soy sauce, and garlic on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- rice (preferably basmati) – 1 cup
- frozen sea bass – 500 grams (after defrosting it will be up to 400)
- carrots – 1/2 pc.
- onion – 1/2 pc.
- bell pepper – 1/3 pc.
- soy sauce – to taste
- garlic – 1-2 cloves.
- sesame seeds and green onions for serving
Method of preparation:
1. Boil rice in slightly salted water (1:2).
2. Fry the diced carrots, onions, and bell peppers in vegetable oil. Add the thawed seafood cocktail and cook for a few minutes to evaporate the moisture.
3. Add the boiled rice, a little soy sauce, and garlic to the vegetables and stir.
Serve with sesame seeds and green onions!
