The idea of making mashed potatoes, which are delicious even the next day, was shared by food blogger Albina with the nickname albik.food on Instagram. The texture is very fluffy because the potatoes are whipped with a mixer.

Ingredients:
- potatoes - 1.5 kg
- salt to taste - 1.5-2 tsp
- butter - 100 g
- milk - 200 ml

1. Chop the potatoes very finely. This way it will cook faster and there will be no lumps.

2. Cook for about 40 minutes over medium heat without a lid, adding salt.
3. Turn off the heat, when the potatoes are soft, mash them a little with a pestle.
