Light cheese soup with meatballs: how to quickly prepare a delicious dish
Soups are an ideal dish for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They can be made from various vegetables, herbs, hard cheese, meat, fish and seafood.
Cook Valeria shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious soup with melted cheese, onions, and minced chicken.
Ingredients:
- Minced chicken (or other) - 450 g
- Potatoes - 4 pcs.
- Processed cheese - 3 pcs.
- Vermicelli - 90 g
- Onions - 2 pcs.
- Carrot - 1 pc.
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Pepper mix, ground pepper, bay leaf, salt - to taste
- Dill - herbs
- Water - 2.3 liters
Method of preparation:
1. Put the processed cheeses in the freezer.
2. Finely chop the onion and fry for 5 minutes, put on a plate. Fry the grated carrots for 5 minutes.
3. Add the egg, half of the fried onion, spices, salt to the minced meat and mix thoroughly. Moisten your hands with water and form meatballs.
5. Cover the remaining onion and carrots with water and bring to a boil. Put the meatballs in boiling water, bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook for 7 minutes.
6. Cut the potatoes into cubes and add to the water, add the bay leaf, pepper mixture and salt, and cook for 15 minutes. After that, add the noodles and cook over low heat for 3 minutes.
7. Take the cheese out of the freezer and grate it, add it to the soup, mix everything thoroughly and cook for another 3 minutes.
