Juicy stuffed champignons for a festive table: how to cook a delicious filling
Champignons are an ideal product for making salads, snacks, and they can also be deliciously marinated with spices. If you want to make stuffed champignons, the following ingredients are best for filling: fillet, onions, carrots, cheese, garlic, and spices.

Ingredients:
- champignons – 12-15 pcs.
- onion – 2 pcs.
- carrot – 1 pc.
- fillet – 1 pc.
- hard cheese – 200 g
- salt, pepper – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the chicken fillet.
2. Cut the onion into small pieces, and grate the carrots. Fry the onion until golden brown, add the carrots and simmer for another 5-6 minutes.
3. Cut off the stems of the mushrooms and cut them into small cubes. Add the carrots and onions, salt, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
4. Cut the prepared fillet very finely. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, leave a little for sprinkling on top, and combine the roast, cheese, and fillet, mix, add sour cream if desired and stuff the mushrooms with the filling, sprinkle with cheese on top.
5. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
