Chicken cutlets are a very simple and satisfying dish that is lighter than, for example, pork cutlets. To ensure that the dish keeps its shape well, it is better to chop the minced meat instead of passing it through a meat grinder.

Cook Polina shared a recipe for delicious chopped chicken cutlets on Instagram, which are very juicy and soft.

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet – 500 g
  • mushrooms – 5 pcs.
  • tomato – 1 pc.
  • garlic – 2 cloves.
  • hard cheese – 80 g
  • egg – 1 pc.
  • flour – 4 tbsp.
  • salt and pepper – to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the meat into medium cubes and chop well with a knife. Cut the vegetables into small cubes. Grate garlic and cheese on a fine grater, add spices, egg, and mix. Let stand for 10 minutes.

2. Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil and heat over medium heat, put the cutlets in a tablespoon.

3. Fry under the lid for 3-4 minutes on each side.

4. Put the finished cutlets on a paper towel to absorb excess fat.
