Juicy chicken cutlets with broccoli: cooked in the oven
To make chicken cutlets juicy, cooks advise adding raw vegetables, greens, and cheese. And it's best to bake rather than fry the cutlets.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious and juicy broccoli cutlets with onions and spices on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 500 g of minced chicken
- 1 egg
- 300 g of broccoli
- 1 onion
- salt, dry garlic
Method of preparation:
1. Add the egg, broccoli and onions chopped in a blender bowl to the minced meat. If you don't have a blender, finely chop the broccoli florets and onion, add salt and spices and mix well until smooth.
2. With wet hands, form small patties and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
3. Put in a preheated oven at 200 C for 25-30 minutes.
