The easiest and most delicious breakfast option is egg dishes, such as omelettes, scrambled eggs, and boiled eggs. Experts recommend eating eggs every day if you are not allergic, as they contain a lot of useful vitamins.

Culinary expert Anatolii Dobrovolskyi shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious omelette without milk and flour, which can be cooked with fish.

Ingredients:

  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Rice vinegar – 1 tbsp.
  • Soy sauce –1 tbsp.
  • Sesame seeds – a pinch
  • Teriyaki sauce – 1/2 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Beat the eggs, add rice vinegar and soy sauce, and mix well.

2. Heat a frying pan, pour one part of the egg mixture, let it cook, and roll it into a roll with a spatula.

3. Pour another part of the egg mixture into the pan, let it set, and then roll it up again, and do the same with the rest of the egg mixture.

4. Put the finished omelette on a plate, slice it, sprinkle it with sesame seeds, and put the red fish on top.
