Method of preparation:
1. First, wash tomatoes, cut off the top and middle, and remove seeds and excess juice. Put them in a mold greased with vegetable oil.
2. Smear the tomatoes with oil, salt and pepper.
3. Grate hard cheese and put it inside the tomatoes.

4. Carefully beat eggs on top. Add salt.
5. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 30 minutes.
