How to make delicious braised cabbage: sharing the easiest recipe
Braised cabbage is a very simple, yet delicious dish, which is prepared very quickly and easily. All you need to do is finely chop the cabbage, fry it, add spices and vegetables, and stew under a lid.
- cabbage - 1 pc.
- onion - 1 pc.
- carrots - 1 pc.
- salt, pepper - to taste
- water - 150-200 ml
1. Shred the cabbage, grate the carrot, cut the onion into half rings.
2. Add vegetable oil to a heated frying pan and fry the onion until soft. Then add grated carrots, salt, pepper, mix and fry for another 5 minutes on medium heat.
3. Next add the cabbage, mix well and fry a little. Add water and cover, stir occasionally and cook for 15-20 minutes.
