Greens are a very valuable and necessary product that, according to experts, everyone should eat every day, especially in summer and spring. It is very important to know how to store greens properly and for as long as possible to preserve all their beneficial properties.

Tips:
1. In bags
Wash and dry the greens, then put them in ziplock bags. Do not close them all the way so that they can "breathe". Put them in the refrigerator in the vegetable compartment.
2. In containers
Put a paper napkin on the bottom, put the herbs, cover with a paper napkin, and moisten with water beforehand. No need to cover, just moisten the napkin periodically.
3. In a glass
Pour water into a glass, cut off some of the roots of the herbs and place in a glass with water. They can be stored at room temperature. However, keep the herbs moist.
4. Chopped
Wash and chop the greens in a blender. Put them in a container and store them for 3 days! It's perfect for soups and salads.
