Fried potatoes are an elementary dish that almost everyone knows how to cook. To make sure they don't stick, first, you need to heat the oil well in a frying pan, and second, you should soak the potatoes in cold water before cooking them.
Culinarian Elena shared a recipe on Instagram for fried potatoes with onions, garlic and spices that won't stick to the pan.
Tip: Before you fry the potatoes, cut them up and put them in ice water for a while, so they won't stick when frying!
Ingredients:
- potatoes - 5 pcs.
- onion - 1 pc.
- green onions - bundle
- garlic - 2 cloves.
- salt, pepper - to taste
- potato seasoning
Method of cooking:
1. Peel and slice the potatoes.
2. Finely chop the garlic and green onions.
3. Pour oil into a heated frying pan, heat it up, place the potatoes and fry, stirring occasionally to prevent them from sticking. Be sure to cover the potatoes while cooking with a lid.
When the potatoes are half cooked, add the onions, garlic and green onions, stir and add the spices and stir again!
