How to make perfect pancakes: a recipe that works for everyone

But if you're a beginner at making pancakes, you may encounter some problems. The fact is that lumps and other issues can form during the kneading process, which can be quite difficult to deal with. Ingredients for 5-6 pieces
- Baking powder – 1 tbsp.
- Salt – a pinch
- Sugar – 1 tsp
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Butter – 30 g
- Flour – 220 g
- Oil for frying
Method of preparation:
1. Put the flour on the table and make a small hole in it.
2. Add salt, sugar, baking powder and beaten eggs. Start kneading the dough.
3. Add the melted butter and milk.
4. Pour the mixture onto the preheated griddle until a pancake of the desired size is formed.
5. After about one minute, turn the pancake over to the other side and fry until done.
6. Remove from the heat and serve with the filling to taste.
