Ingredients:

  • chicken liver - 500 g
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • green onions - 1 bunch (1 onion can be used)
  • flour - 1 tbsp
  • sour cream - 3 tbsp
  • water - 1 glass
  • salt and pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Fry flour.

2. Fry onion and carrots in another pan. Then add liver and fry.

3. Mix sour cream with the fried flour, add water and pour the mixture over the liver. Simmer under the lid.
