  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • green onions - 1 bunch (1 onion can be used)
  • flour - 1 tbsp
  • sour cream - 3 tbsp
  • water - 1 glass
  • salt and pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Fry the flour.
