How to cook juicy ribs with a crust: a recipe from Hector Jimenez-Bravo
Pork ribs can be baked, fried, and grilled. To make them juicy, it is better to cook them with BBQ sauce.
Culinary expert Hector Jimenez-Bravo shared a recipe for delicious and tender ribs with BBQ sauce on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Pork ribs – 1 layer
- Onions – 2 pcs.
- BBQ sauce – 3 tbsp, and extra for lubrication
- Salt and pepper – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Clean the ribs, and add salt and pepper.
2. Put the ribs, onion, and 3 tablespoons of the sauce in a slider bag and mix. Put the meat in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
3. Then remove the ribs and wrap them in foil. Bake on the coals for 30 minutes.
4. Open the foil and brush the ribs with BBQ sauce. Bake uncovered for another 15 minutes.
