Method of preparation:

1. Mix coconut flakes with sugar.

2. Mix flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder. Add the mixture of chips and sugar.

3. Mix the flax seeds ground into flour with water - this will be our egg substitute. Let it stand for 10 minutes.

4. Add oil, coconut milk, agave syrup and flax seeds to the dry ingredients.

5. Fry pancakes from the resulting dough: put two tablespoons of dough on a well-heated frying pan with vegetable oil, turn it over to the other side after one and a half to two minutes, and fry for another minute.
