Oatmeal is one of the simplest, healthiest and most satisfying breakfast dishes. The original taste of the dish can be given with the help of cheese, herbs, spices, honey, berries, and fruits.
Chef Yevhen Klopotenko shared a recipe for delicious oatmeal with flaxseed oil and herbs, which takes only 10 minutes to prepare, on his website.
Ingredients:
- oatmeal - 200 g
- water - 600 ml
- sugar - 1/4 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp.
- flaxseed oil - 2 tsp.
- greens or herbs - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Cover oatmeal with water. Add sugar and salt and cook until tender.
2. Turn off and add 2 tsp of flaxseed oil.
Serve porridge with herbs or greens!
