How to cook buckwheat correctly: we share the technology and recipe for a dinner
Buckwheat porridge is the simplest and healthiest dish that can be cooked with meat, vegetables, or just onions, and carrots. However, the most delicious and healthy way to make it is to add butter and salt to the porridge.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious buckwheat with salt and butter on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- buckwheat – 1 cup
- water – 2 cups
- salt – 1 tsp
- butter – 40 g
Method of preparation:
1. Measure out a glass of buckwheat, and rinse twice with water. Pour into a saucepan and cover with cold water in a ratio of 1:2.
2. Bring the water to a boil and cook over low heat, covered, for 20 minutes, until all the water is absorbed by the groats.
3. When cooking, be sure to add a few pinches of salt.
4. When the porridge is ready, add the butter.
