Ingredients:
- potatoes – 2 pcs.
- Dorado – 1 pc.
- pepper – 1 pc.
- carrot – 1 pc.
- onion – 1 pc
- salt – paprika
- granulated garlic
- oil
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the onions, peppers, carrots and potatoes into slices to cook.
2. Wash and dry the dorado. Make cuts and rub with your favorite spices.
3. Make an envelope out of parchment and grease it with oil. Put the vegetables in it and sprinkle with spices and salt.
4. Place the dorado on top and bake.
