Hearty Lviv-style fried potatoes for dinner: add lots of meat and cheese
To make fried potatoes really tasty and satisfying, cook them using the following technique. Combine the vegetable with meat and vegetables, and then sprinkle with cheese. The result is delicious Lviv-style potatoes.
The idea of cooking fried potatoes in Lviv style was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Halyna with the nickname reeixit. Add sour cream for juiciness.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of potatoes
- 1 large onion
- 1 large carrot
- 350 g of chicken or turkey fillet
- 1 tbsp. smoked paprika
- salt and pepper - to taste
- 100 g of fat sour cream
- 100 g of cheese
Method of preparation:
1. Fry the onions and carrots in a frying pan with oil.
2. Add the sliced fillet and cook until tender.
3. In another frying pan, fry the potatoes, cut into small pieces, with the addition of oil and smoked paprika until they are fully cooked.
4. When the potatoes are cooked, combine them with the cooked vegetables and fillets.
5. Add sour cream and mix well.
6. Sprinkle cheese on top and leave for a few minutes to melt.
