Ingredients:
- 500 grams of chicken liver
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp of sour cream
- 2 tbsp of flour

Ingredients for the filling:
- 2 eggs
- 100 grams of hard cheese
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- mayonnaise
- Korean carrots
Method of preparation:
1. Combine the liver, eggs, sour cream, flour, and salt.
2. Beat with a blender.
3. Cook thin pancakes in a frying pan.
4. Grate 2 boiled eggs on a fine grater.
5. Add grated cheese, garlic and mayonnaise.
6. Use this mixture to grease the pancake, put the Korean carrots and roll it up.
