Healthy zucchini pancakes in 10 minutes: easy to prepare
Zucchini pancakes are not only healthy, but also very tasty and very easy to prepare. For a bright flavor, add hard cheese, herbs, spices, and garlic.
Cook Olha shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious zucchini pancakes that take only 10 minutes to cook.
Ingredients:
- zucchini - 3 pcs.
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- flour - 5-6 tbsp (depends on how you squeeze the moisture out of the zucchini)
- hard cheese - 150 g
- salt, pepper - to taste
- greens
- garlic - 3-4 cloves.
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater and season with salt. Leave for 10 minutes and then squeeze out the excess moisture. Add the eggs, flour, grated cheese, spices, pepper and crushed garlic and mix well. Add greens if desired.
2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the pancakes on both sides under the lid for about 3 minutes on medium heat.
Serve pancakes with sour cream!
