Healthy vegetable pancakes in 10 minutes: how to make the perfect batter
Homemade pancakes can be made with milk, kefir, boiling water, the most important thing is that the batter should be homogeneous and not clogged with flour. For the filling you can use any products, from salty - cabbage, greens, mushrooms, meat, to sweet - cottage cheese, berries, poppy seeds.
Culinarian Eugenia shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious pancakes with vegetables that will be very thin without tearing.
Ingredients:
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- sugar - 1 tbsp.
- salt - pinch
- baking powder - 0,5 tsp.
- flour - 100 g
- milk - 200 ml
- boiling water - 100 ml
- butter - 2 tbsp.
Filling:
- broccoli "zest"
- carrot
- green onion
- black sesame
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the eggs, salt, sugar, soda and half of the milk, add the flour and make a thick homogeneous dough. Then add the rest of the milk and boiling water, vegetable oil. Mix and leave the dough for 10 minutes.
2. Grate the broccoli or chop it with a knife. Grate carrots in a blender, finely chop onions. Add to the batter and mix.
3. Fry the pancakes, you can sprinkle them with sesame seeds.
