Elementary chocolate pie with five ingredients: how to make a crispy crust
Chocolate desserts are a win-win for a family tea party. And you can easily make one of them at home. For such a cake, you need only 5 ingredients. And if you follow the right technology, you will get a delicious crispy crust on top.
The idea of making a chocolate cake with a crust was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Valentyna Sayenko (valya__saenko).
Ingredients:
- dark chocolate - 200 g
- butter - 180 g
- sugar - 180 g
- flour - 40 g
- eggs - 5 pcs
Method of preparation:
1. Beat eggs with sugar until frothy for 5-7 minutes at maximum speed.
2. Melt the chocolate in a water bath with the butter.
3. Add the chocolate to the egg mixture.
4. Mix and add the flour. Mix again.
5. Put it in a parchment-lined mold, greased with butter, and sprinkled with flour. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour. This will contribute to the formation of a crispy crust, as air bubbles will rise to the top and create it during baking.
6. Bake the first 5 minutes at 200 degrees, then another 35-40 minutes at 120 degrees. The cake should be "alive" inside. Take it out, let it cool down a bit, and cut it. It may fall a little. Let it stabilize in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
