Potatoes are an ideal vegetable that is not only healthy and budget-friendly but also very satisfying. It can be used to make delicious pastries, pancakes, mashed potatoes, and is also the main ingredient in soups and borscht. You can also bake it deliciously with meat, vegetables, spices, and make casseroles.

Chef Yuliia Benkendorf shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious rosemary baked potato that you can easily prepare in the oven.

Ingredients:

  • potatoes – 1 kg
  • sunflower oil – 2 tbsp.
  • dry rosemary – 0.5 g.
  • salt – 0.5 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 C.

2. Wash the potatoes well and cut into 6-8 slices each.

3. Put them in a bowl, add the oil and mix thoroughly.

4. Put the potatoes in the oil on a baking sheet, sprinkle with rosemary, and put in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 180 C.

5. Sprinkle the hot potatoes with salt, add fresh thyme leaves, and serve.
