Crispy baked chicken wings: a recipe with the best breading
Chicken wings can be cooked in a sauce, breaded, fried or baked. To make them crispy, make a breading of flour and baking powder.
Cook Yulia shared a recipe for baked, crispy breaded chicken wings on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- flour - 3 tbsp.
- smoked paprika - 1 tbsp.
- dry garlic - 2 tsp.
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
- Provance herbs - 1 tbsp.
- salt, pepper - to taste
For the sauce:
- oil - 50 g
- hard cheese - 30 g
- greens - a bunch
- garlic - 2-3 cloves.
- juice of half a lemon
Breading:
- flour
- paprika
- dry garlic
- baking powder
- Provance herbs
- pepper and salt
Method of preparation:
1. Rinse wings, dry them, divide them into parts and roll them in breadcrumbs.
2. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment and bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 200 C on one side, then turn over and bake for another 20 minutes on the other.
3. For the sauce, mix melted butter, lemon juice, finely grated cheese, squeezed garlic and finely chopped herbs.
Smear the cooked and hot wings with the sauce and you're ready to eat!
