The idea of making a creamy crème brulee with a crust was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Valeriia with the nickname valerikiry. To form a crust, you will need a burner.

Ingredients:

  • cream - 500 ml. 33%
  • vanilla extract
  • sugar in cream - 1 tbsp
  • 4 eggs (only yolks are needed)
  • sugar for yolks - 85 g
  • sugar for the crust

Method of preparation:

1. After the first heating of the cream, leave it for 15 minutes under the film.

2. Heat the cream a second time to a boil (only until the first bubbles appear).

3. Immediately remove from the heat (do the same for the first time), be sure to stir.

4. Bake for 25 minutes at 160 degrees in a preheated oven.

5. After baking, leave to rest for 3 hours to stabilize the dessert.

6. Then pour sugar on top and lightly burn it with a burner to form a crust.
