If you don't have a lot of time to bake but still want a delicious homemade pie, charlotte is the perfect option. You don't even have to use the oven to quickly prepare this dish; a slow cooker will do the job. With the help of such a device, the pie will turn out perfect without any hassle.

Ingredients:

  • wheat flour - 1 cup
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • chicken eggs - 4 pieces
  • apples - 4 pieces
  • butter - 50 g
  • baking powder - 1 teaspoon

Method of preparation:

1. Peel the apples and cut them into slices.

2. Beat the eggs with sugar using a mixer until the sugar is dissolved.

3. Add a cup of flour and baking powder, then beat again. The consistency of the dough should resemble sour cream.

4. Turn on the slow cooker, add a piece of butter to it, and let it melt.

5. Grease the walls with the melted butter and sprinkle 2 tablespoons of sugar evenly. Stir with a spatula until the sugar is completely dissolved in the butter.

6. Arrange the first layer of apples neatly. The remaining apples can be arranged as desired, but not too tightly packed.

7. Pour the batter over the apples.

8. Put in the "baking" mode for 40 minutes. When cooked, turn it out onto a plate.

9. For beauty, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
