New cabbage salad: how to make boiled egg yolk dressing
Cabbage is always readily available, so salads based on this vegetable will be relevant in any season. Almost all foods go well with kale: vegetables, chicken, crab sticks, tuna, and even sausage. It turns out to be very satisfying, tasty, and, most importantly, budget-friendly.

Ingredients:
- cabbage – 1/2 pc
- cucumber – 2 pcs
- proteins – 3 pcs
- dill
Sauce:
- egg yolks – 3 pcs
- sour cream – 2 tbsp
- mustard – 1 tsp
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the cabbage.
2. Cucumbers cut into strips.
3. Chop the dill.
4. Pre-boil and cool the eggs. Separate the whites from the yolks.
5. Grind the whites and add to the vegetables.
6. Add sour cream, mustard, salt, and pepper to the yolks.
7. Season and mix the salad.
