"May be put on the international wanted list": the police are looking into Voloshyn's escape case

Ukrainian influencer and journalist Ramina Eskhakzai has revealed new details in the investigation into fugitive blogger Oleksandr Voloshyn. According to her, the showman may face an international wanted list, and the police are currently investigating his case.

"The police are working with the evidence that I have collected, and since a blogger like Oleksandr Voloshyn is used to, let's say, joking and pranking his friends, and when it comes to the SBU, the police and our state, this may put him on the international wanted list," Eskhakzai said in a commentary to Morning in the Big City on ICTV.

Ramina responded to the fugitive's accusations after she exposed his lies about threats from the military and traveling abroad under the guise of a volunteer. The interviewer stands her ground and is confident in her rightness. She added that one should know the boundaries of where to joke and where not to joke: "Especially when you know you're lying."

As a reminder, in late August 2024, 27-year-old blogger Oleksandr Voloshyn released a 45-minute video confession and officially announced that he had fled Ukraine. The video was full of manipulations and lies, complaints about the authorities, and whining about hate on social media. However, Voloshyn did not say a single specific fact that would explain his actions. 

After fleeing Ukraine, Oleksandr said that he was looking to open a sole proprietorship in Spain. The showman added that he will return to his homeland only when the political system changes. However, for his future children, he wants to build living conditions in Europe or America.

But journalist Ramina Eskhakzai, who had previously interviewed Voloshyn, could not get past the "sensation". The influencer exposed the star's lies by conducting her own investigation. In particular, Ramina has evidence that Voloshyn went on vacation to Mexico as a volunteer. He blatantly deceived his fans and the journalist, claiming that it was just gossip.
