Russia throws a tantrum over Ani Lorak: netizens found old photos of her with Ukrainian military
The Russian media, which is not satisfied with the traitor of Ukraine Ani Lorak and her concerts, found a 10-year-old photo of her with Ukrainian heroes. The propagandists and their readers threw a tantrum because back in 2014, the singer was in a hospital and allegedly helped wounded soldiers financially without saying a word about supporting the occupation army.
Hundreds of dissatisfied people gathered under the publication where the old photos were posted, calling for the singer to be expelled from Russia. Most of them did not know that in 2014, a native of Bukovyna became the heroine of headlines about helping Ukrainian hospitals.
Many years ago, the media quoted Olha Stelmashevska, director of the PR agency Del Arte, as saying, "Yes, indeed, it is not tanks, it is not sign shells with her name. But it is medical equipment and medicines for very large sums of money, earned, among other things, at Moscow concerts, i.e. with the money of the Russian audience!"
All of this caused outrage among Russians, who almost forgave Lorak for her silence about the war and allowed her to perform in Russia.
The long-forgotten information prompted them to make new accusations, demanding that the artist be expelled to Ukraine and that her Russian passport, if she has one, be taken away.
What outraged the Russians the most was that when it came to supporting Ukraine, the artist, albeit briefly, expressed support for the soldiers. And now, when the road home is closed for the traitor, and she lives and works in Russia, the occupiers receive no help from Lorak.
It's worth adding that in 2014, Lorak's fans also talked about helping ATO soldiers.
